By booking services with Royal Cleaning & Professional Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payment Terms
Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Sales Tax
A 6% Kentucky sales tax will be applied where required.
Late Payments
Late payments may be subject to additional fees or service delays.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers must provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to fees.
Add-On Services
Additional services requested beyond the original quote may result in extra charges.
Pricing Adjustments
Royal Cleaning & Professional Services reserves the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the home or scope of work differs from the original quote.
SMS/Text Communication Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages related to appointment reminders, scheduling, and service communication. Message frequency may vary. Customers may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Liability & Claims
Any service-related concerns or damage claims must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after service completion so they can be reviewed and addressed.
